My name is William. Some of my old friends usually call me as “Aje” which mean “just”, because like many others who born on new order regime, my name is just William, without surname or anything that can make me identified as unique. I was born in Jakarta, and 21 years old now (2010). I’m the eldest child in my family and have a sister.

First time I used computer when I was 8 years old. Then at 15, I began to learn about programming language especially in Pascal and C. Since then I got some achievements from many competitions in my city. Nowadays I am really interested in web designing and web developing using PHP and MySQL. I usually learn to build web sites by trying, analyzing and reading the online documentation. I’m not really interested in reading book for the guide, however I like to read electronic guides which are easier to be got from internet, such as Wikipedia, web blog or any professional source so I can try it directly on my computer / laptop.

About “Digimaster Etersoul”

Many people ask me about the meaning of Digimaster Etersoul because this name is used as my screen name. In this section I will explain about this name.

Digimaster is the acronym of “digital” and “master”. So Digimaster means the people who tried to be the master in digital life.

Etersoul is the acronym of “ether” and “soul”. Ether have many means. However the meaning of ether for me is “The fifth and highest element after air and earth and fire and water; was believed to be the substance composing all heavenly bodies”. So Etersoul means the soul that have spirit to be the best over all other people.

About this website

This page was launched on May 1, 2007 because I need a media to practice and to implement my skill in web designing and developing. I need a “real” environment where I can test my pages I made before I release it on other websites.

Besides of reading, I also like writing and typing. This is the my primary blog where I used to express my mind and to tell about my life. Sometime I use it to write some tips and tricks that can be used by anyone.

For the first time, I changed this site design at April 26th, 2010 so that I can demonstrate some of new web standard, such as CSS3 and HTML5. The other reason because I feel the old design felt “too old”. That’s all.

For my parents and my friends, I would like to say thank for your support. Especially my sweet heart Yuni, Fortitude (Ferdinand, Kent, Daud), Marcella, Kiki, and many others that I cannot write it down one by one. As if you need my help, I will try to help you if I could do it. And also, if you have blog that you want to share to me and other people, just tell me and I hope I could place it on my blogrolls.
