Beberapa hari belakangan ada satu hal yang cukup menarik dan menyita konsentrasiku yaitu buta warna. Entah karena apa waktu itu, tapi sejak beberapa minggu yang lalu saya mulai mencari-cari informasi mengenai buta warna atau color blindness, mulai dari Wikipedia sampai ke informasi dan blog orang lain mengenai kebutaan warna. Salah satu blog yang menarik yang menceritakan mengenai buta warna adalah Colblindor yang dibuat oleh seorang yang juga mengalami kebutaan warna merah atau protanopia atau protanomaly.

Setelah mencari tahu mengenai color blindness ini, saya pun mendapatkan perkiraan bahwa saya buta warna merah-hijau, atau paling tidak mengalami defisiensi walau tak sampai buta warna. Buta warna merah-hijau ini sendiri disebut Deuteranomaly atau Deuteranopia. Berikut ini beberapa hasil tes yang sempat disarankan oleh author dari Colblindor.

Huh, hari yang membosankan. Dengan batuk yang ga kunjung sembuh-sembuh, rasanya hari-hari yang aku lewati belakangan ga begitu menyenangkan. Apalagi sebentar lagi aku harus mengikuti Ujian Tengah Semester di kampusku.

Di sela-sela waktu luangku, aku sempat mengisi personality test yang ada di mypersonality.info. Diliat dari hasilnya sih ga terlalu bikin kaget, malahan aku setuju ama hasil test itu yang menunjukkan aku lebih memiliki intelligence di intrapersonality, verbal dan logical (walau ga mathematical-nya). Sedangkan pada bagian personality, aku mendapat ESTP atau Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving.

Few days ago I just took an enneagram test on Tickle. After taking that test, it was concluded that I’m a type one of enneagram.

But before I continue to explain about my enneagram type, let me explain about enneagram itself. Enneagram is a method to know what personality that someone has. There are nine types of personality in enneagram, which distincted using number one (1) to nine (9). Enneagram itself means nine-sided polygonal. In personality related term, enneagram is not really a nine-sided polygonal figure. It’s have special lines which connected each point to another one, which means how a personality type connected to another type. Also it’s connected by a circle that connected all points in the enneagram, which means how a personality type can be a wing or affected by another type (usually with a number adjacent to it, e.g 2 with 1 and 3).

I myself know about this test from my friend, Ferdinand, who told me about this test that he ever taken. For awhile I forgotten about this test, however several days ago I remembered this from Tickle. Then I took the enneagram test from there.

I was concluded to be a type one of enneagram personality from that test. It means that I am an Idealist. Then I searched this topic in Wikipedia and found that I also an perfectionist. Also written there, I am fear to be untrue, but in opposite I’m will happy to be right. The description of type one that I found on Wikipedia also reflects to my personality although some of them false and “not really me”. Some of true descriptions about me are I tend to be a perfectionist, always want to be a right one, anger when there are something that oppose with my ideals, over-control over some people (also with someone I love) and to myself.

Although this principal can be my flaws, it can also be my strength. Also written there, I have some positive personalities qualities which are honesty, integrity, not being motivated by personal advantage or gain, ethical standards for personal guidance that aren’t shoved in others’ throats, self-discipline, wisdom and discernment. Some of them are correct for myself, but some of them are not really my positive personality qualities, e.g. self-discipline. It’s back to other people to judge which are true about me and which are wrong.

I also tend to have some qualities and flaws of my adjacent type which are twos and nines. Twos is a Helper and Caretakers, when Nines is a Peacekeeper and Mediators. I also taken some tests from other sites and it concluded that I am a twos or nines. I think it’s not a big deal since they’re wings of ones.

And, hey, Wikipedia explanation also write that I can be a jealous one in my sexual life also over-control over my romantic partner. Whew… I must admit that this one is true. (_ _ !) I just don’t want something wrong happen to her (and also happen to me). Anyway I have been wrong to be over-control and jealousy.
